Access and accounts
Oyster has two levels of access, and both are free. You can open redorca.ai and ask a question straight away; a free Red Orca account opens the rest of the workspace.

Create an account
Section titled “Create an account”- Open redorca.ai/login and choose to create an account, or continue with Google.
- Confirm your details and sign in.
- Read and accept the agreement (below). Chat opens as soon as you accept.
One Red Orca account signs you in to Oyster, Dolphin and Shark. If you already have an account on redorca.tech, use the same email and password — but sign in once on redorca.ai, because a sign-in on one site does not carry over to the other.
The agreement
Section titled “The agreement”Before your first message, a signed-in account is asked to accept Oyster’s agreement. The part that matters most: conversations in your account are used to improve Oyster’s AI. That is the condition of the free account. Exchanges that contain credentials are dropped from training data rather than redacted.
You can read the agreement again, or withdraw it, at any time in Settings (the wheel in the sidebar footer). Withdrawing does two things immediately: your chats are excluded from every dataset built afterwards, and your chat access ends, because acceptance is what grants it. You can accept again later. A model that has already been trained cannot be untrained.
Without an account nothing is stored on our servers and nothing is used for training. See Data and privacy.
Oyster is made by Red Orca, alongside Dolphin and Shark. One account for all three.
