Moving from redorca.tech
Oyster used to live at redorca.tech/oyster. Since 30 October 2026 it has its own address: redorca.ai. The old links redirect there.
If you have an account
Section titled “If you have an account”Nothing moves, because nothing needs to: your account, conversations, files, findings and memories are the same. Sign in once on redorca.ai — a sign-in belongs to one site, so the one on redorca.tech does not carry over. Use the same email and password, or Google.
If you used Oyster without an account
Section titled “If you used Oyster without an account”Your history lived only in your browser, on the old address. To bring it across:
- Open redorca.tech/oyster/migrate in the same browser you used before, and choose Download my local history. You get a JSON file.
- Open redorca.ai/migrate and choose that file. Oyster shows what it contains before importing.
What moves: your anonymous chat history, your Code Lab snippets, and an answer that was still being written. What does not: any sign-in. Exporting deletes nothing.
If you installed Oyster as an app
Section titled “If you installed Oyster as an app”Remove it and install again from redorca.ai. See Install Oyster as an app.
Oyster is made by Red Orca, alongside Dolphin and Shark. One account for all three.
